DR. MAMUKA KIKALISHVILI

Dr. Kikalishvili is a prominent c-level executive with a breadth of experience in leading performance turnaround efforts at electricity, water and gas utilities. He has successfully delivered organisational transformation initiatives for assets owned by major infrastructure holdings such as The AES Corporation and KazTransGas.
Dr. Kikalishvili holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He has worked with leading advisory and engineering firms such as PA Consulting Group and Tetra Tech Inc.
SERGO GVINIASHVILI

Mr. Sergo Gviniashvili specializes in utility performance improvement and consulting. He has served in C-level positions at several large utilities and has been a part of leading global consulting firms. He has successfully delivered utility transformation strategies across Europe, Asia and Africa.

Mr. Gviniashvili's career span includes companies such as The AES Corporation, PA Consulting Group, Tetra Tech Inc, Efes and Wella.
DAVID SHARASHENIDZE
Non Executive Director
David specializes in project development, business turnaround and managing complex organizational changes in the areas of energy, utilities and infrastructure. He has led numerous performance improvement and business transformation efforts for organizations in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa, and has carried out numerous infrastructure transactions from project development and due-diligence all the way to actual project implementation.
While serving as the non executive director at Utility Turnaround, David is also the Managing Partner at Neos Advisory - a strategy, management and transactions consultancy. Prior, David served as the chief executive at several large and medium-sized organizations and also led Tetra Tech’s management consulting practice in the Middle East and Africa.
